Email clients who asked to hear about your free times, so gaps get booked.

Slot alerts come with Pro.
A slot alert tells past clients you have a gap. It only goes to clients who said yes.
How clients say yes
When customers book or send a request, they can tick a box asking to hear when you have a free slot. We then email them once to confirm, with a Yes, tell me button. Only clients who press it get alerts.
Send one
- Open Today and choose Send a slot alert. If you have gaps in the next few days, a card on Today suggests it: choose Write the alert.
- Under Free times, tick up to three from the next two weeks.
- Add A short message (optional), up to 200 characters.
- Choose Send.
Each email has a Book a time link to your page and a Stop slot alerts link. Anyone who stops won’t hear from you again this way.
Limits
- One alert a day, and three a week.
- Up to 200 clients per alert.
- If nothing could be sent, the alert doesn’t count.
If no clients have confirmed yet, the sheet says so, and shows how many are waiting to confirm.
