Gift vouchers and class passes
Sell gift vouchers and class passes from your page, paid by card into your own account.

Vouchers and passes come with Pro. They need Stripe or Square connected in Payments.
Sell a gift voucher or a pass of several sessions from your page. Customers pay by card into your own account, and we email them a code and a PDF.
Add one
- Open Vouchers and passes.
- Under Add one, choose What it is: Gift voucher or Class pass.
- Give it a Name and a Price. A gift voucher is worth what it costs. For a pass, add the number of Sessions, from 2 to 100.
- Choose how long it Lasts, from 3 months to 5 years.
- Choose Add it to your page.
The form shows the words your page will use, such as “Buy a 10-class pass”.
Choose how it’s paid
It shows on your page once it has a card provider. In Payments, under Which button uses which, choose Stripe or Square for Gift vouchers and Passes.
When someone buys
They pay by card, and we email them a code and a one-page PDF. We tell you too. It appears under Sold. To find one later, type into Find a code or name.
Using one
- For a voucher, type the amount and choose Take it off.
- For a pass, choose Use one session.
- Email it again sends it to the buyer once more.
- Cancel it stops the code working. It doesn’t refund anything: if you owe money back, refund it from your provider.
To stop selling one, choose Take it off your page. Anything already sold still works. Put it back on your page brings it back.
