Getting started
From claiming your name to a live page, in the order most people do it.
Every plan
linkz.io gives you one page at linkz.io/yourname. It shows when you’re next free, has buttons for the ways people reach you, and comes with a code you can print and change later.
- Sign in. Go to app.linkz.io and choose Email me a link, or Sign in with Google. There’s no password to remember.
- Claim your name. Pick the name for your link. If you’ve already claimed one, it’s yours. See Your name.
- Tell us what you do. Under What do people come to you for?, pick the closest one. It sets up sensible buttons, which you can change later.
- Add your logo. In Design, upload it and we pick your colours from it. See Design your page from your logo.
- Check your buttons. In Page, add or change buttons and your social links. See Buttons and social links.
- Connect your diary. In Connections, connect Google, Microsoft 365, Apple or a private calendar link, so your page shows your next free slot.
- Publish. In Page, press Publish. Your page is live.
- Print your code. In Codes and print, download your code and put it wherever people will see it. See Your code.
Today shows your visits and scans for the week, and what’s coming up from your diary.
When someone taps Book, you choose what happens: a booking request you accept or decline, a message to you on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, or a time booked straight into your diary, with a deposit if you set one (Pro). See Buttons and social links.
Free: customers send a booking request and you confirm it. Pro: customers can book straight into your diary and pay a deposit, if you want one.
