Connect Google Calendar
Let your page show your next free slot from Google Calendar.
Every plan (Pro)
Showing your next free slot is free. With Pro, bookings reach your Google Calendar as an invitation.
- Open Connections.
- On the Google Calendar card, choose Connect.
- A small Google window opens. Sign in, and allow linkz.io to see when you’re busy.
- The window closes itself, and Google Calendar appears under Connected.
We read only when you’re busy, from your main Google calendar. We never see what your appointments are or who they’re with.
Then set When people can book: your Slot length, the Gap between bookings, How soon people can book and How far ahead. Press Save. Your next free slots shows what your page will offer.
If it doesn’t work
- “Your calendar connection has expired.” Choose Connect again.
- Your slots disappear from your page. We hide them if we can’t read your diary, so nobody books a time you’re busy. Choose Sync now, or connect again.
- Busy times are missing. We read your main calendar only. If your appointments live in another Google calendar, connect that one as well, through Any other calendar.
