Cancel Pro any time. If your page is for you personally, you can get your money back within 14 days of first paying.

Applies to paid Pro and Team plans. Your free trial costs nothing to cancel.
During your free trial
Cancel in Settings › Manage billing before the trial ends and you won’t be charged anything. Pro carries on until the last day of the trial.
Once you’ve paid
If your page is for you personally rather than for a business, you can change your mind within 14 days of your first payment:
- Open Settings and find Changed your mind?
- Choose Cancel and get a refund.
- Tick I’m paying for myself, not for a business. The box shows what you’ll get back before anything happens.
- Choose Cancel Pro and refund, with the amount on the button, or Never mind, keep Pro.
You get your money back, less a fair share for any days you’ve used Pro. It covers the first payment of a new plan, not renewals. If a printed starter pack has already been made for you, its cost comes off, because printed items can’t be sent back. A second refund within twelve months is sorted by email rather than in the app.
If your page is for a business, cancel any time in Manage billing. Pro carries on until the end of what you’ve paid for, then your page moves to Free. Nothing breaks: your extra codes keep working and send people wherever your first code points.
