Several diaries

Connect up to five diaries so work and family both keep your slots honest.

If you keep work in one diary and home life in another, connect both. Busy times from every diary count, so your page never offers a time you’re at the school gate.

Open Connections.
Under Connected, you’ll see the diaries you already have.
Choose Add another diary, then pick Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Apple Calendar or a private calendar link.

You can connect up to five, in any mix. Each one shows its own status, with Sync now and Disconnect.

If any one of them can’t be read, we hide your free slots until it’s fixed, rather than offer a time that might be taken. You’ll see “We could not read one of your diaries.” Choose Sync now, or connect that one again.

Connecting the same account again replaces it rather than adding a copy.
