Connect Microsoft 365 or Outlook
Let your page show your next free slot from an Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar.
- Open Connections.
- On the Microsoft 365 card, choose Connect.
- A small Microsoft window opens. Sign in, and allow linkz.io to see when you’re busy.
- The window closes itself, and the card shows Connected.
We read only when you’re busy, from your main calendar. We never see what your appointments are or who they’re with.
Then set When people can book and press Save, as for Google Calendar.
If it doesn’t work
- “Your organisation needs to approve linkz.io before you can connect.” Your work account is run by an IT team that approves apps. Ask them, or use your calendar’s private link for now.
- “Your organisation’s settings stopped linkz.io reading this calendar.” Same again: ask your IT team, or use the private link.
- “This Microsoft account has no Outlook calendar we can read.” Try the account you use for Outlook.
