Customers pick a service and one of your real free times, and it goes straight into your diary.

Bookings straight into your diary need Pro and a connected diary. Free takes booking requests instead.
Customers pick a service, then one of your free times, and they’re booked in. No back and forth.
Before you start
- Connect your diary in Connections. See Connect Google Calendar, Connect Microsoft 365 or Outlook or Connect Apple Calendar (iCloud).
- Open Page. Under How do people book?, choose Straight into your diary and press Save.
Add your services
- Open Bookings and go to What people can book.
- Fill in the Service, its Length and its Price. Choose Add a service for another. You can have up to 20.
- Choose Save services. Your page shows them straight away.
Customers only see free times long enough for the service they picked.
The next free time on your page names your first service with it, for example Safety inspection · Thursday, 10am. Put the service most customers book first.
No double bookings
Each time can be booked once. If two customers go for the same time at once, only one gets it. The other is told it has just been taken and shown the times still free.
Where bookings go
Under Your calendar, choose where New bookings go:
- Straight into Apple Calendar or Straight into Microsoft 365, if you’ve connected one. For Apple, pick Which Apple calendar.
- Email me an invitation for each booking, which you add to any calendar in one tap.
Straight into Google Calendar is waiting for Google’s approval. Until then, each booking comes to you as an email invitation.
Your booking link
Under Your booking link is the link your Book button opens. You can share it on its own too.
