How we handle reports

Thank you for telling us. Here’s what happens next.

We read every one. Anything that may involve someone under 18, or something illegal, goes to the top of the pile.

We may pause a page or code while we look. A paused page shows a short “not available” note instead. If it breaks our terms, it stays down. If it doesn’t, it comes straight back.

We tell the owner, but never who reported them. When we pause or remove something, we email the owner to say what and why, so they can put their side. If we’ve got it wrong, we put it right.

If you left your email, we’ll let you know what we decided.

We keep reports for a year after they’re closed, then delete them.

Disagree with what we decided? Write to hello@linkz.io, whether you reported the page or own it, and we’ll look again.
