The client list comes with Pro.
Clients lists everyone who has booked or sent a request through your page, most recent first.
Find someone
Type into Search by name, email or phone. The list shows the 500 most recent clients, so search to find anyone older.
Open a client
Tap a name to see their Bookings, Requests, Invoices and Vouchers and passes, with any deposits. Slot alerts on shows they’ve said yes to hearing about your free times. Reply with Reply by email or WhatsApp.
Your notes
Write anything useful under Your notes and choose Save notes. Only you see them.
Download your list
Choose Download my clients for one file of everyone, with their bookings and your notes.
Deleting a client
- Open the client.
- Choose Delete this client and confirm.
This removes their bookings, requests, invoices, vouchers, quote photos and your notes. It can’t be undone. Deposit records stay, without their name.
When a delete is refused
We won’t delete a client while something is still open with them:
- a booking still to come
- a request waiting for your answer
- a deposit not settled
- an invoice still open
- a voucher or pass still to use
Deal with it in Bookings, Requests, Invoices or Vouchers and passes first, so the client is told. Then try again.
