Every plan
Every plan has Requests. Free takes 3 quote requests a month; Pro has no limit.
Requests gathers what customers send from your page, newest first. We email you each time one arrives, and the email opens it here.
From customers
Each item shows who sent it, what kind it is and when. New ones are marked New until you deal with them.
- Booking request: check the time, then choose Accept or Decline. See Booking requests.
- Quote request: shows the ZIP code, what they need and any photos. Tap a photo to see it full size. See Quotes with photos.
Reply by email and WhatsApp open your own email or WhatsApp, ready to write. WhatsApp shows when the customer gave a phone number.
Once you’ve dealt with a quote request or a message, choose Mark handled. Mark as new puts it back.
Sent for you
The Sent for you tab lists the emails linkz.io sent your customers for you in the last 90 days, such as confirmations, cancellations, invoices and slot alerts. Sent means our email provider accepted it. Not sent means it didn’t go, so you may want to get in touch with that customer yourself.
On Free
The top of the list shows how many quote requests you’ve had this month, out of 3. Three a month free. Unlimited (Pro)
