Getting paid
Take deposits and payments straight into your own account. We never hold your money and never take a cut.
Every plan (Pro)
Pay on the day and bank transfer are free. Connecting Stripe or Square for deposits, invoices, gift vouchers and class passes, and choosing which button uses which, need Pro.
Open Payments to set up how people pay you.
On every plan
- Under Pay on the day, choose Turn on (or Edit), tick the box, and press Save. Your page then says people can pay when they see you. Nothing is taken online.
- Under Bank transfer details, choose Turn on (or Edit), fill in your details and press Save. Your details stay hidden until someone taps the button and passes a quick human check. See Bank transfer details.
With Pro
- In Payments, choose Connect Stripe or Connect Square.
- Sign in to your provider, or open a free account with them, and agree to connect. You come back to Payments and the provider shows Connected.
- Under Which button uses which, choose your provider for Deposits, Invoices, Gift vouchers and Passes. Choose Not offered to switch one off.
- Set a deposit for each service in Bookings, under Deposit. Deposits are taken when people book a time that goes straight into your diary.
Invoices, gift vouchers and class passes are paid the same way. Choose a provider for each under Which button uses which, then set them up in Invoices and Vouchers and passes.
Money goes straight from your customer to your own account with your provider. We never hold it and never take a cut. Your provider’s usual fees apply. Disconnect stops buttons using a provider at once, and any payment already made is never held back. PayPal, GoCardless and SumUp are coming later.
Refunds
If you cancel a booking, or a customer cancels within your rules, we refund the deposit straight back through your provider, from your own account. If a customer cancels too late and your rules say the deposit is kept, nothing is refunded. For anything else, such as a part refund or a dispute, use your provider’s own dashboard.
