Buttons and social links
Add the buttons people tap, choose how people book, and add small icons for the other places they can find you.
Every plan (Pro)
Buttons and icons are free. Bookings straight into your diary, with deposits, need Pro.
Buttons
Open Page and find Buttons. Under Add a button, choose the kind you want:
- Book: where people book you. See “How do people book?” below.
- Link: any web address. It starts out as “My website”.
- PDF: a price list, menu or brochure, up to 5 MB.
- WhatsApp, Call, Text message and Email: these use your page’s phone number or email address unless you add a different one.
- Get a quote: opens your quote form. People tell you what they need, with their ZIP code and up to 5 photos, and it arrives in Requests. Three a month free. Unlimited (Pro)
- Directions: type your address. It opens in Apple Maps on Apple devices and Google Maps everywhere else.
- Save my contact: lets people save your name, phone, email, website and linkz.io address to their contacts.
A page holds up to 12 buttons. You can add as many Link, PDF, WhatsApp, Call, Text message, Email and Directions buttons as you need within that. Book, Get a quote and Save my contact can each be on your page once.
Each new button comes with a suggested label, shown in gray with a Suggested tag. Tap or click in to type your own, or leave it as it is. To change the order, drag a button by its handle (the six dots), or select the handle and use the up and down arrow keys. Choose the cross to take a button off. Choose Save buttons when you’re done.

A Link, PDF or Directions button stays off your page until you add its link, file or address.
How do people book?
Also on Page, this sets what happens when someone taps Book:
- Straight into your diary: people pick a time and it’s booked in, with a deposit if you set one. It needs a connected diary. (Pro)
- Booking request: people ask for a time, and you accept or decline.
- Send them to me: Book opens a message to you on WhatsApp or Text message, rings you with Call, or opens an Email.
Your phone number, email address, country and time zone are in Settings, under Your business. Your time zone sets the times on your page. Your country sets the date style and how phone numbers are read.
Elsewhere
Elsewhere is where you add the other places people can find you. Type a @handle or paste a link. They show as small round icons at the top of your page, under your name. Leave a box empty to leave it off.
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sit open. Choose More for the rest, grouped as More social, Music and creators, Selling, Reviews, Bookings and venues and Portfolio. That covers the likes of X, Threads, Spotify, Etsy, Angi, Trustpilot, Treatwell and GitHub.

Review us on Google: paste your Google Place ID, or your Google review link, into Google Place ID. This adds a “Review us on Google” button that opens your review box in one tap. Find your Place ID with Google’s Place ID finder, linked under the box.
If your page links to adult platforms, see 18+ pages.
If it doesn’t work
- “Every button needs a label.” Type a label for each button, or remove the empty one.
- “You have 12 buttons, the most a page can hold.” Remove one to add another.
- A button is greyed out under Add a button. Book, Get a quote and Save my contact can each be on your page once, and you already have that one.
