Questions people ask
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Never. You pay for your plan, if you choose one, and that's all. Your payment provider charges its usual fee, the same as it would anywhere.
Where does the money go?
Straight from your customer into your own account with your payment provider. We never hold it, so it can't get stuck with us.
What happens to my printed codes if I stop paying?
They keep working. Your first code is free for good, and any extra codes send people wherever your first one points until you come back. If you ever close your account, your codes show a page saying you've moved on, with a link to wherever you'd like to send people.
Do I need a website?
No. Your linkz page can be the only link you need. If you have a website already, add it as a button.
Can I take my customers with me?
Yes. On Pro, your customer list is yours to export whenever you like, and nobody else sees it. We don't look unless you ask for help and switch on access for that request. How that works.
