How to set up your page

  • Your own address at linkz.io/yourname
  • Your logo, with colors picked from it, or one of ten ready-made color schemes, all free
  • Buttons for whatever you do: book, call, WhatsApp, text, email, directions, save my contact, any link, a PDF, as many as you need
  • Icons for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Etsy, Angi, Trustpilot and about 30 more

Your diary

How to connect your diary

  • Your next free slot on your page, from your Google, Microsoft or Apple calendar, or any calendar’s private link
  • Up to five diaries at once, so your work and family calendars both count
  • Vacation mode: “Away until Monday” on your page, with your slots hidden, in one tap
  • We read when you’re busy, never what the appointment is

Your codes

How your code works, and changing where it points

  • A QR code that points at your page, and that you can point somewhere else at any time, even after it’s printed
  • Download it ready to print, and see how often it’s scanned
  • A code that goes straight to your Google review box
  • As many QR codes as you need, one for the truck, one for the window, one for each flyer, with scans counted for each (Pro)
  • Extra codes never break. If Pro ever lapses, every extra code keeps working: it simply sends people wherever your first, free code points. Come back to Pro and each one goes back to where you’d set it, with its scan count intact

Getting paid

How getting paid works

  • Pay on the day, or bank transfer details shown only to people who choose to pay that way
  • Deposits when people book (Pro)
  • Payments straight into your own payment account (see Works with). We never hold your money and never take a cut (Pro)
  • Invoices, vouchers and class passes, paid online (Pro)

Bookings

  • Booking requests you accept or decline
  • Bookings straight into your diary, with no double bookings: Apple and Microsoft directly, Google by invitation until Google approves us (Pro)
  • A list of your services, each with its own length and price
  • A link for customers to move or cancel a booking, within your rules
  • A one-tap “Leave us a Google review” email after each booking
  • Quotes with photos: three a month free (Unlimited on Pro)

Your customers

  • Download everyone who has booked or sent a request, in one file, whenever you like
